We bought this for a recent trip to South Africa. Our stroller was returned in great condition, having survived 4 flights and after spending a week "lost" in London Heathrow. I would not put a stroller on a plane without protecting it in a bag such as this one. My only complaint is that it is a bit awkward to carry. However, we did not have to carry it far, since you can take a stroller right up to the gate. I did have to argue in London, where they are very strict about take-on luggage, but was granted permission to take it through security as long as I folded it as small as possible and put it in the stroller basket. I saw many other strollers that were quite scratched after being thrown in the cargo hold. A definite must for travelling!

We took our first trip in July 2008 with our 3 month old at the time, and we put an Eddie Bauer full size stroller inside of the bag. I had to really stretch the bag over the wheels, and maneuver the stroller inside in order to zip it completely, but we finally zipped it.
The downside is that it doesn't conveniently fold up into itself, like the bright orange "Gate Check" bag. Therefore, you have to fold it up the best way you can.
It survived a round-trip flight and protected my stroller very well.

I found this bag to be too big, and a lot of work to get the stroller in.

After using this bag one time it had a few small tears. We travel a lot outside of the States (mainly to 3rd world countries) and the stroller is NEVER waiting on us. We end up having to carry the baby and my toddler and all of our carry on luggage to baggage claim to find it. It would be better if it said Gate Check (in a few languages) and had a color that stood out. Even with the bright pink tag for gate checking they automatically assume it goes to baggage claim. Probably if you were traveling within the States or other countries that would pay attention to the gate check tag it would be okay. Even with the holes the bag still has a lot of life left. It easily fits a double stroller with room to spare.

This Travel bag worked well for us. We fit in one Graco single stroller and we squeezed in two umbrella strollers as well. We traveled to Vancouver Canada, two flights. There was no damage to the strollers, no holes at all in the bag. Since the bag is big and bulky, wheels would have been nice.

I used this travel bag on a recent trip. We placed our BOB Revolution stroller in it. It fit nice if you removed the front wheel. We gate checked the stroller and when we picked it up at our destination, there was a small hole in the bag where the stroller had caught and tore the bag. But, the stroller was in great shape with no scratches. I feel like this bag is very thin and could have been heavier fabric, but I like the large size. It does the intended job by protecting the stroller, I just wish it were a little more durable.

The bag helps to keep the stroller parts from becoming snagging and damaged from other baggage, but the fabric is pretty light weight. It folds much more compactly than the padded carseat bag. Quite spacious inside. Because it's rather flimsy, it worked best to balance the folded stroller on it's skinny side and pull the bag down over it, then tip the stroller onto it's back to zip it all up inside. I would recommend checking the stroller at the gate, not with checked baggage. It goes in last, comes off first and attendants will bring it to you as you deplane.

I found this bag to be too large along with everything else we had to travel with for our 16 month old. I ended up taking her umbrella stroller and her fold flat feeding chair and placing them in a garment bag. It worked great and wasn't so bulky. I guess this would be okay if your were hauling a full sized stroller or if you only had one child to pack for.
